Email Communications

I am not receiving any emails from the conference site. Why?

You may not be receiving our messages for one of the following reasons.

1. Your email address is invalid.

Please ensure your email address is accurate. Adjustments can be made by going to My Account after logging into your account.

2. Your Inbox is full.

Please delete any unwanted messages to continue receiving emails from the site.

3. Your mail server has implemented a spam filter to prevent unwanted messages from reaching your Inbox.

To ensure continued receipt of our e-mails, you may want to add the conference website email address to your address book. You may also want to consider reconfiguring your spam filter, if you use one.

For AT&T users

Messages that are identified as possible spam are automatically deleted unless you choose the Hold for Review option. This option stores questionable messages for 3 days in a Web E-mail folder labeled

Screened Mail Folder.

To change your e-mail preference to Hold for Review, follow these steps:

For Optimum Online Webmail users

If you see a conference website email categorized as spam, check the box next to the message in your bulk mail folder, and then click the "This is not Spam" icon on the Webmail toolbar. If you already have the message open, simply click the "This is not Spam" icon on the toolbar within the message. The message will be reported automatically to Optimum Online and relocated to your inbox.

For Mac.com users

If you see an email that has been incorrectly identified as junk mail, select the message and click the "Not Junk” icon in the toolbar.

For Road Runner users

Road Runner often blocks large ranges of IP addresses in an effort to protect its network from spam. Currently, there is no resolution for Road Runner subscribers.
