Submitting a Final Paper
Once your draft paper has been reviewed and accepted, or your extended abstract has been accepted, you will be asked to submit a final paper for presentation and/or publication. You must submit a final paper. Your accepted draft/extended abstract WILL NOT be used as your final paper.
To submit a final paper, log into your author account.
Choose a paper number and click Submit Final Paper from the Status page under the Options box.
Please read the instructions and guidelines for submitting a final paper. When you’re finished, choose the button Submit Final Paper to continue to the Final Paper Submittal page.
This will display your current abstract and paper title, which should be edited to match your final paper. A text box is available for the submission of a presenting author biography. The biography should be in plain text, and no more than 400 words.
Upload your paper. Click on the Browse button to have your browser search for the file name on your computer.
Read the statement regarding paper submission and choose "I Agree" or "I Disagree."
Click Submit Final Paper.
This will automatically upload your paper and you will receive a confirmation of success and be returned to the paper status page, where you will see the change noted.
NOTES:
You cannot submit a final paper until your draft paper or extended abstract has been formally accepted by a designated conference organizer.
If your draft paper or extended abstract has been accepted as is, you still need to submit a final paper.
All final papers must be submitted in PDF format. See Guidelines for Creating a PDF for more information.
After you've submitted your final paper, please ensure your paper title, abstract and author information and roles/order are updated. These items should match what you've submitted.
Your paper title, abstract and author information and roles/order will be used in the conference final program and publication. Please ensure the information you enter is complete and accurate.
For information on how to prepare your final paper, please refer to the author resources on the conference website.
