Submitting a Draft Paper
Once your abstract is accepted, the ability to submit a draft paper will be enabled. You cannot submit a draft paper until your abstract has been formally accepted by a designated organizer.
NOTE: Your draft paper is the version of your full technical paper that is submitted for review. It should contain all elements of the paper (text, tables, graphics, references, etc.).
To submit your draft paper, log into your author account on the conference site.
Choose a paper number and click Submit Draft Paper from the Options box on the Status page.
Once you have reviewed the instructions, choose Submit Draft Paper to continue to the Draft Paper Submittal page.
This will display your current abstract and paper title, which should be edited to match your draft. A text box is available for the submission of a presenting author biography. The biography should be in plain text, and no more than 400 words.
Upload your paper. Click on the Browse button to have your browser search for the file name on your computer.
Read the statement regarding paper submission and choose "I Agree" or "I Disagree."
Click Submit Draft Paper.
This will automatically upload your paper. If uploaded successfully, you will receive an on-screen confirmation and be returned to the paper status page, where you will see the change noted. You will also be sent a confirmation of submission via e-mail.
NOTES:
You cannot submit a draft paper until your abstract has been formally accepted by a designated conference organizer.
All draft papers must be submitted in PDF format. See Guidelines for Creating a PDF for more information.
After you've submitted your draft, please ensure your paper title, abstract and author information and roles/order are updated. These items should match what you've submitted.
Your paper title, abstract and author information and roles/order will be used in the conference final program and publication. Please ensure the information you enter is complete and accurate.
For information on how to prepare your draft paper, please refer to the author resources on the conference website.
