Additional Authors
Assigning Roles and Order
When you have finished adding authors, you will be asked to identify the role and order of each of the authors.
Select Lead Author or Co-author for each author listed under Author Roles.
Set the order for each author listed from the pull-down menu under Author Order.
Indicate which author will be presenting the paper at the conference by choosing an author name from the pull-down menu, Select Presentation Author.
To set your choices, choose the button, Assign Roles and Order.
NOTES:
Select only one lead author, one presentation author and a unique author order.
The lead author must be first (”1” in the pull-down menu).
If an author name is not listed under Lead Author or Presenting Author, choose the appropriate links to add the author name.
