Account Management

Acting in Additional Roles

You may be called upon to fulfill additional roles in the publications process or conference organization, such as that of a session chair or reviewer. Should you be assigned to participate as a conference organizer, this additional role will be added to your account. Your login information will not change.

NOTE: Whenever you log in to the site, you will be prompted to select the appropriate role you will be fulfilling each time. If you need to do work as a conference organizer and then check your paper status as an author, please log into your organizer role, complete your work, and log out of this role. To continue to check your paper status, log into the site again choosing the author role.  

Please remember that when using your author account, all activity will take place on the public side of the site (submitting an abstract, checking abstract status, etc.). Your assigned administrative login will also allow you access to appropriate administrative area.
