Account Management

About Your Account

Your user account is uniquely identified by your email address. In order to receive paper status notifications and conference announcements via email, it is important to ensure that your email address is current and valid.

In addition, some of the information you provide in your user profile will be included in both the conference program and the proceedings (name, company, city, state, country, email). This information may also appear on the website. Please be sure it is complete and accurate. If you need to update your email address at any time, please do so using the My Account feature.

If you have been assigned as an organizer and have the opportunity to assign other organizers, please make sure to use current and valid email addresses for those assigned. If invalid email addresses are used, organizers will not receive paper notifications, instructions or login information.

Your user account will remain active until the close of the conference site, about 2-4 weeks after the conference occurs. If you wish to disassociate yourself from a paper or organizer role, please notify the author or organizer who assigned you. If you are a contact author and wish to have your account deactivated, please email the conference email box.
