NEW YORK, July 27, 2005 - An international gathering of engineers, scientists and leaders in the field of tribology will meet in Washington, D.C., Sept. 12-16, for World Tribology Congress III (WTC III). The conference, to be held at the Hilton Washington and Towers Hotel, will explore the applications and principles of friction, wear and lubrication phenomena as they apply to mechanical design, product development, manufacturing processes and machine operation.
