The form authorizes NAMRC organizers to archive your paper and distribute it to registered conference attendees and authorized SME customers. The form also gives you the option for your paper to be separately included in the SME Technical Paper database.

Please complete and return a copy of one of the NAMRC "Reprint Permission" Form and e-mail it to SME at publications@sme.org.
