The North American Manufacturing Research Institution of SME (NAMRI/SME)
is pleased to sponsor the 39th NAMRC - An International Forum.
The conference will be hosted by Oregon State University
from June 13-17, 2011, in Corvallis, Oregon.
In addition, this year NAMRC 39 will be collocated with the 6th ASME
2011 International Manufacturing Science & Engineering Conference (MSEC)
and the 4th JSME/ASME International Conference on Materials and
Processing (ICM&P).
NAMRC is the premier international forum for applied research and industrial
applications in manufacturing and design. Sponsored by the North American
Manufacturing Research Institution of SME, global academic and industrial
leaders in manufacturing attend this conference to interact with each
other and advance the field.
Oregon State is adjacent to Portland’s Silicon Forest with more
than 1,000 high-technology companies and is situated between the Pacific
Ocean and the Cascade Mountains. Area wineries and hikes provide attendees
a multitude of pre or post conference activities. Come mingle with your
manufacturing colleagues and explore the beauty of the Pacific Northwest!
This conference will highlight cutting-edge manufacturing research in
technical paper sessions. The deadline for full-length manuscript (paper)
submissions has been extended to November 15, 2010.
